Ingredients- Prawns 200 g
- Chilli 1
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Shallot 50 g
- Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- Mint Leaves 20 leaves
- Thai-Choice Minced Lemongrass 2 Tbsp

Directions- Wash shell and devein the prawns. Immerse for a short time in boiling water, the prawns shoud be cooked until just done.
- Slice the chilli and shallots thin.
- In
a bowl, toss the prawns with the lemon juice and Thai-Choice Fish
Sauce. Add Thai-Choice Minced Lemongrass, chilli and shallots and toss
to mix.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with mint leaves.
- Best when eaten with abundant lettuces.
