Ingredients- Pork Fillet 150 g
- Thai-Choice Lychees in Syrup, drained 1 can
- Medium Red Capsicum, sliced thinly 1 piece(100 g)
- Thai-Choice Minced Lemongrass 1 tsp
- Thai-Choice Minced Ginger 1 tsp
- Thai-Choice Minced Garlic 1 tsp
- Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves, shredded finely 2
- Thai Sweet Basil 10 leaves
- Spring Onion, 1 inch cut 15 g
- Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing 1/4 cup

Directions- Grill the pork until cooked as desired. Stand 10 minutes, slice
thinly. Place pork in medium bowl with Thai-Choice Minced Garlic,
Minced Lemongrass and Minced Ginger. Toss well and let stand 5
minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine lychees, capsicum, kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves in large bowl.
- Add pork mixture to lychees mixture and toss gently. Then, pour Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing, combine all together and ready to serve.
