Ingredients- Prawns (peeled) 200 g
- Squid, sliced (bite-sized ) 200 g
- Fish Fillet 250 g
- Asian Coriander or Celery 120 g
(cut into 3 cm length) - Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp
- Water 8 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Sriracha Chilli Garlic Sauce 7 Tbsp

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan or wok. Add prawns, squid and fish fillets. Stir together and add water. Continue to stir
until done. - Add Thai-Choice Sriracha Chilli Garlic Sauce and coriander or celery. Stir-fry and toss briefly.
- Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
