Ingredients- Thai-Choice Natural Tapioca Pearls 100 g
- Thai-Choice Instant Coconut Milk Powder 3 Tbsp
- Warm water 1/2 cup
- Sugar 5 Tbsp
- Salt 1/2 Tbsp

Directions- Mix Thai-Choice Instant Coconut Milk Powder with warm water and stir well. Set aside.
- Boil Tapioca pearls in water until transparent and cooked. Wash under running water then drain well.
- Add the tapioca pearls into the coconut milk mixture and bring to the boil. Add sugar and salt. Serve plain or with coconut meat, sliced jackfruit or honeydew melon pieces if desired.
