Ingredients- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 800 ml
- Thai-Choice Palm Sugar Powder 125 ml
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ripe Banana 500 g

Directions- Peel a banana and cut it into piece of 2,5 cm.
- Put coconut milk, palm sugar and salt in a pot, bring to the boil and add the bananas immediately.
- Reduce to simmer for 25 minutes until the bananas are cooked. Serve warm in a bowl.
