Ingredients- Thai-Choice Red Curry Cook-in Sauce 1 bottle (340 g)
- Lamb chops 4 pieces (175-200 g)
- Mint leaves (chopped) 1 Tbsp

Directions- Sear the lamb chops over high heat on a frying pan.
- Add Red Curry Cook-in Sauce, reduce the heat and simmer until cooked.
- Add 1 tbsp of chopped mint and serve with Thai-Choice Rice and stir-fried mixed vegetables.
