Ingredients- Prawns, peeled and deveined 100 g
- Cucumber, diced 2 Tbsp
- Onion, diced
- Pineapple, diced 15 g
- Red capsicum, diced 8g
- Tomato, diced 15 g
- Vegetable oil 8g
- Sugar 15 g
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add prawns and stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes or until almost done.
- Add all vegetables and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce and sugar. Stir well for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
