SWEET & SOUR STIR-FRIED CHICKEN WITH OYSTER MUSHROOMS


Dear Alice, if you want to cook for your friends, this is a good recipe and I am sure they will like it !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Oyster Mushrooms 200 g
  • Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
  • Chicken, sliced 250 g
  • Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Cucumber, diced 110 g
  • Red Capsicum 80 g
  • Onion, diced 100 g
  • Pineapple, diced 200 g
  • Tomato, diced 200 g

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until almost done.
  2. Add cucumber, onion, pineapple, red capsicum, tomato and oyster mushroom. Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce. Stir well for 2-5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
