100 g
Thai-Choice Instant Coconut Milk Powder
3 Tbsp
Warm Water
1/2 cup
Sugar
5 Tbsp
Salt
1/2 Tbsp

Directions

Directions:

  1. Mix Thai-Choice Instant Coconut Milk Powder with warm water and stir well. Set aside.
  2. Boil Tapioca pellets in water until transparent and cooked. Wash under running water then drain well.
  3. Add the tapioca pellets into the coconut milk mixture and bring to the boil. Add sugar and salt. Serve plain or with coconut meat, sliced jackfruit or honeydew melon pieces if desired.
