Stir-Fried Chicken with Bamboo Shoots with red curry paste

Thai-Choice Bamboo Shoots (Sliced)
1 can (565g)
Chicken, sliced
250 g
Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp
Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce
1/2 Bottle
Red Capsicum
20 g
Green Capsicum
20 g
Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste
1 Tbsp
Keffir lime leaf

Directions
Directions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add Thai-Choice Minced Garlic , Thai-Choice red curry paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken, Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce, Thai-Choice Bamboo Shoots and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add capsicum at the last minute.
- Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
