Spicy Thai-Style Stir-Fried Squid

Squid
250 g
Diced Onion
50 g
Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp
Sugar
1/2 tsp
Water
2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Minced Ginger
2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
Spring Onion or Celery
15 g
Corn Flour
1 tsp
Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste
1 Tbsp

Thai-Choice Ingredients

Directions

  1. Clean the squid and cut into rings or sliced.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Then add Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste ,Thai-Choice Minced Garlic and Ginger, stir well.
  3. Add the squid and cook until just done, then add the diced onion, Thai-Choice Fish Sauce, sugar, water, and corn flour. Stir until well combined and thickened.
  4. Add spring onion, mix well and remove from heat. Serve hot.
