Fried Rice with Crab

Ingredients
Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice, cooked
1 Cup
Thai-Choice Crab Meat in Brine or fresh crab meat
1/4 Cup
Egg
1
Vegetable Oil
3 tsp
Garlic, chopped
1 tsp
Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp
Sugar
1/2 tsp
Thai-Choice Soy Sauce, Naturally Fermented
1 1/2 Tbsp
Spring Onion, sliced
1/2 tsp
Thai-Choice Ingredients
Directions
- Fry garlic in hot oil, then add egg and stir until it is cooked. Add cooked rice and crab, stir-fry over high heat. (Save some crab for topping.)
- Season with pepper, sugar, Thai-Choice Soy Sauce, Naturally Fermented then mix well.
- Serve hot with crab and spring onion (sliced) as topping.
