Fried Prawns with Sweet Chilli Sauce

Prawns, cleaned and deveined
300 g
Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 cup
Thai-Choice Breadcrumbs
1 cup
Thai-Choice Tempura Flour
1/2 cup
Thai-Choice Coconut Milk
165 ml
Water
75 ml
Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste
1 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil
1 cup

Directions

Directions:

  1. Mix tempura flour with water, Thai-Choice Coconut Milk and Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and roll the prawns with tempura flour and breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Pour Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli sauce over the prawns and serve immediately with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
