Rice Noodles with Thick Beef Gravy

Directions
- Cut the beef into 1/2 cm thick pieces. Cut the pineapple and gentle squeeze the juice
to marinate with the Beef. Add Thai-choice Soy Sauce, Naturally Fermented 1 Tbsp, remaining Pineapple and mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. - Boil the Noodles until soft. Heat 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil in a pan and add flat noodles,
Thai Choice Sweet Soy Sauce and stir-fry until soft. Put in plate. - Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté Thai Choice minced garlic in 1 Tbsp vegetable oil until fragrant. Add 1 cup water, followed by the kale and beef, and stir-fry until the beef is about 70% cooked. Season with Thai Choice Naturally Fermented Soy Sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Gradually stir in the Thai Choice tapioca flour mixed with 2 Tbsp water until the sauce thickens. Pour the hot gravy over the noodles.
- Serve together with Thai Choice Fish Sauce, pickled chili, ground chili and sugar.
