Stir-Fry Traditional Noodles with Black Mushroom

Ingredients

Thai-Choice Traditional Noodles
200 g
Chicken, sliced
300 g
Dried black mushroom, soaked and sliced
130 g
Spring onion, sliced
100 g
Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
Sugar
3 Tbsp
Thai-choice Soy Sauce, Naturally Fermented
3 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp
Red Chilli, sliced thinly
1 piece

Thai-Choice Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak Thai-Choice Traditional Noodles in hot water for 5 minutes then immerse in cold water. Drain noodles.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok, add in sliced chicken and sliced black mushroom. Saute for a few minutes.
  3. Add in the noodles, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.
  4. Garnish with spring onion and red chilli. Serve hot.
