Stir Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts

Ingredients

Vegetable Oi

Chicken Breasts, cut into strips

Onion, sliced

Spring Onion, chopped

Cashew Nuts
50 g
Sugar
1 Tbsp
Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce
100 ml
Green Capsicum, Red Capsicum
50 g of each
Red Chilli, Sliced thinly for garnish
1 large
Coriander Leaves, chopped
8 g
Ground Black Pepper
to taste

Thai-Choice Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry cashew nuts in oil till brown and then set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok, add the chicken and onion. Stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and mix in Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce. Add spring onion, sugar, and black pepper. Increase the heat and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, adding the cashew nuts at the end.
  4. Serve hot on a platter and garnish with sliced chilli and coriander leaves.
