Directions: Soup Stock

  1. Boil Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 cup.
  2. Add Thai-Choice Tom Kha Paste, straw mushroom and tomato. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 cup, Seafood and simmer until the seafood is cooked through.
  4. Add Thai-Choice Fish Sauce to taste.
