Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add beef and ground black pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts in Water, Straw Mushroom and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the water, Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce and spring onion. Stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Serve hot with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
