Chicken, sliced
150 g
Thai-Choice Coconut Milk
1 can (400ml)
Potato
100 g
Thai-Choice Yellow Curry Paste
4 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil
2 tsp
Sugar
2 tsp

Thai-Choice Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan or wok, add Thai-Choice Yellow Curry Paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and continue to stir well for 2 minutes, then add Thai-Choice Coconut Milk, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, add sugar and potato, stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with our fragrant Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
