Sliced Grilled Beef

Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing
100 ml.
Shallots, finely sliced
40 g
Tomato, finely sliced
80 g
Coriander, chopped
2 Tbsp (8g)
Lime, freshly squeezed
2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp
Red Chillies, finely sliced

Mint
for garnish

Directions
- Pan-fry fillets to medium rare. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. When cool, thinly slice fillets and place in a salad bowl.
- Combine Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing,Thai-Choice fish sauce, lime juice, shallot and tomato in the salad bowl.
- Serve garnished with mint leaves and chillies for a truly authentic taste.
