Ingredients

Sliced Grilled Beef

Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing
100 ml.
Shallots, finely sliced
40 g
Tomato, finely sliced
80 g
Coriander, chopped
2 Tbsp (8g)
Lime, freshly squeezed
2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp
Red Chillies, finely sliced
7 g
Mint
for garnish

Thai-Choice Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pan-fry the beef fillets to medium rare, rest for 10–15 minutes, then thinly slice and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Combine Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing,Thai-Choice fish sauce, lime juice, shallot and tomato in the salad bowl.
  3. Serve garnished with mint leaves and chillies for a truly authentic taste.
