Thai-Choice Ingredients

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with Thai-Choice Soy Sauce, Naturally Fermented for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook Thai-Choice Rice Noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes until soft, rinse with cold water and drain.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Stir-fry the chicken until cooked, then add the noodles, Thai-Choice Dark Soy Sauce (Naturally Fermented), sugar, and Thai-Choice Fish Sauce. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the eggs and Chinese kale, and stir well.
  5. Serve hot.
