Ingredients

Thai-Choice Glutinous Rice
1 Cup
Thai-Choice Coconut Milk
1/2 Can (200ml)
Sugar
6 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Water
1 1/4 Cup
Thai-Choice Mango in Light Syrup
1 Can (425g)

Thai-Choice Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add 1 cup of Thai-Choice Glutinous Rice and 1 ¼ cup of water into a microwavable bowl.
  2. Heat the glutinous rice in the microwave on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove and mix well.
  3. Microwave the glutinous rice on medium heat for another 5 minutes, until it becomes translucent and soft in the center.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
  5. While the glutinous rice is still hot, gradually stir in 3/4 of the mixed Thai-Choice coconut milk. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Place the glutinous rice on a dish, top with Thai-Choice Mango in Light Syrup squares, and pour the remaining coconut milk mixture over the rice. Serve.
