Rice Vermicelli
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce
Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing
Cooked chicken breasts, sliced thinly
Shallots, sliced
Thai-Choice Minced Coriander
Red capsicum, thinly sliced
Tomato, quartered
Red chillies, finely sliced, includes extra for garnish
Lime juice |

| Directions: |
1. Place Thai-Choice Rice Vermicelli in boiling water
for approximately 2-3 minutes until soft, then drain
well.
2. Place rice vermicelli in large salad bowl, add
Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing, chicken, shallot,
capsicum, coriander and chilli.
3. Toss and season with Thai-Choice Fish Sauce and
lime juice to taste. Serve garnished with coriander
leaves and a sprinkling of chopped chillies.
