Thai cooking is an art form and like an artist’s color palate, the Thai chef uses spices, herbs and seasonings to create his master piece. It is the blend and contrasting flavors of the spices that make each Thai dish unique. Each cook makes his own creative expression by varying the amounts of spices to his own liking.

Thai-Choice has created a range of essential spices ingredients and curry pastes so that the serious cook can make curries and other Thai dishes from scratch and adjust the portions of the spices to get his favourite combination of flavors from the broad spectrum of tastes and textures of Thai cuisine.
Curries and soups can be made from scratching using Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste, Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste and Thai-Choice Tom Yum Paste. Thai-Choice minced spices are added as key ingredients to the curries, soups and other dishes including Minced Coriander, Minced Lemongrass, Minced Garlic, Minced Thai Sweet Basil Leaf and Minced Chilli.
