Stir-Fried Fish Balls in Red Curry Paste

Ingredients:
Thai-Choice Fish Balls
Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce
Sugar
Vegetable oil
Sweet basil leaves

1 can (330g)
3 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
15 g

Directions:

1. Heat Vegetable oil in a Sauce pan. Add Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste.
2. Season with Thai-Choice Fish Sauce and sugar.
3. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
