Chicken Vermicelli with Chilli Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
Thai-Choice Rice Vermicelli
Bean sprouts
Boneless chicken (sliced)
Spring onion (cut into 3 cm length)
Red chilli (sliced)
Vegetable oil
Thai-Choice Chilli Garlic Sauce

300 g
110 g
130 g
15 g
5 g
3 Tbsp
200 ml (13 Tbsp)

Directions:

1. Soak rice vermicelli in water for 5 minutes or until soft and drain.
2. Stir-fry chicken in hot oil until done. Reduce heat, add drained rice vermicelli, keep stirring and add Thai-Choice Chilli Garlic Sauce. Continue to stir for 3 minutes.
3. Add vegetables, stir well ad serve hot.
