Spicy Squid

Ingredients:
Squid
Diced onion
Vegetable oil
Sugar
Water
Thai-Choice Minced Garlic
Thai-Choice Minced Ginger
Thai-Choice Minced Fish Sauce
Spring onion or celery
Flour

250 g
50 g
2 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
1 1/2 Tbsp
15 g
1 tsp

Directions:

1. Clean the squid and cut into rings or sliced.
2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Then add Thai-Choice Minced Garlic and Ginger, stir well.
3. Add squid when cooked, add onion, Thai-Choice Fish sauce, sugar, water and flour to taste and thicken. Stir until well mixed.
4. Add spring onion, mix well and remove from heat. Serve hot.
