1. Clean the squid and cut into rings or sliced.
2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Then add Thai-Choice
Minced Garlic and Ginger, stir well.
3. Add squid when cooked, add onion, Thai-Choice Fish
sauce, sugar, water and flour to taste and thicken.
Stir until well mixed.
4. Add spring onion, mix well and remove from heat.
