Rice Noodles

                       
Rice noodles are made from Thai white rice flour that is processed into large sheets and then cut to size. Hor Fun flat noodles are called rice stick and come in three different widths of 3 mm, 6 mm and 10 mm. Rice Vermicelli or Bee Hoon or Mai Fun are thick round noodles and are often eaten in soups.
Rice noodles are white and opaque in appearance.

Benefit

Rice noodles are generally healthier than wheat flour noodles as they are gluten free, have no cholesterol and are very low in fat. Rice flour is easily digestible and is non allergenic.
